What is Rolfing?

Rolfing is an original and scientifically validated system of body restructuring. Rolfing is wholistic approach to soft tissue manipulation that stretches, guides and reorganizes the body's connective tissue. During the structural sessions which combine bodywork and movement education, Rolfing rebalances the body and brings relief from chronic stress, pain, and injury. Rolfing releases lifelong patterns of tension and restores the body to a balanced state in gravity.

How does Rolfing work??

Through a series of sessions, Rolfing changes the body form, patterns of habitual use, and movement. The results are improved posture, reduced pain and stress, an enhanced level of awareness, increased energy for living and a sense of well-being.
