Massage
Massage is a traditional natural healing
art; its history is both ancient and global. It is used for health
and healing in cultures all over the world. Benefits of massage
include:

- Rehabilitation from soft tissue injuries, such as sprains/strains

- Reduction of stress
I combine a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, myofascial
release, deep tissue work and stretching. Each massage is tailored
to the individual client's needs.
Nutrition Counseling
Simply put, diets don't work. Diets don't work because
the nutritional strategies contained in them are simplistic and
ineffective. There is no one perfect way of eating that works for
everybody. We all have different dietary needs. But a healthy,sustainable
weight is your birthright.
Nutrition Counseling is a process in which I guide my clients
to reach their health goals by making simple but profound changes
to their eating patterns and lifestyle. We will work together to
address health concerns such as low energy, food cravings, stress
reduction and weight management. Nutrition Counseling consists
of 2 meetings each month, personalized food recommendations specific
to my client's needs, recipes and natural food therapies to alleviate
individual conditions and support for changes to create a healthy,
active life.
Gait Analysis
Certified Rolfers® analyze body patterns
and through refined and intelligent pressure, soften and lengthen
the body's fascia, allowing the body to right itself in gravity.
